1. ) How long does it take to receive my product / how soon should I order?

2. ) How is shipping handled?

We send via Purolator and all letter mail (greeting cards, samples, bridesmaid cards) via Canada Post. Smaller parcels may be sent via Canada Post.

We provide tracking and insurance on small and large packages. Tracking not available for small greeting card packets or single card orders.

Items from our producer in Arizona, USA ships via USPS.

3. ) What about international shipping?

We are more than happy to ship overseas or to the USA. Orders to the USA typically take 4-10 business days and can range anywhere from $25+ shipping based on weight. (Example: a pocketfold suite order of around 160 with no embellishments to the USA is $90 USD with insurance)

Many orders for overseas the timing varies by location, and the costs can start from $60+. Please note that you may encounter duties and taxes for your respective country. Paint the Day Designs is not responsible for these fees and will not mark your package as a "gift" to avoid these fees. Our apparel products and products from our producer in Arizona will ship internationally at different rates.

If you are ordering in bulk we may ship your order in multiple boxes.
